The steering gear is mainly composed of a casing, a circuit board, a drive motor, a reducer and a position detection element. The receiver sends a signal to the steering gear, and the motor starts to rotate through the IC drive on the circuit board, and then the reduction gear transmits the power to the swing arm, and at the same time, the detector sends a signal to confirm whether it has reached the fixed position. In fact, the position detector is a variable resistor. When the servo rotates, the resistance value will also change accordingly. By confirming the resistance value, the rotation angle can be confirmed. In a general servo motor, a thin copper wire is wound on a three-pole rotor. When current flows through the coil, a magnetic field is generated, which repulses the magnets around the rotor, thereby generating a rotational force. According to the principles of physics, the moment of inertia of an object is proportional to its mass, so the greater the force required to rotate an object with greater mass. In order to achieve fast speed and low power consumption, the steering gear winds a thin copper wire into an extremely thin hollow cylinder to form an extremely lightweight stepless hollow rotor, and puts the magnet in the cylinder.
